Students trapped by Technology should participate in Co-curricular Activities

It is estimated and predicted through true medium of sources that after the evolution of internet technology is vacuumed like an oxygen as granted to the ventilator patient. 

The main audience who are trapped by this technology influenza are our youth mostly students. This technology has boosted a strong attraction towards itself through different mediums of promotion. Like laptops, smart phones, computers and televisions. These are deliberately causing cohesive effect on students which is taking to adhesive health issues, learning issues and many more psychic issues.
The worst part that I want to render on is that our youth is so much indulged in this technology effect that they are now moving to several health issues.

Worst eyesight problems, migraine, obesity or fatness layers on body, growth in different body functions and the most traumatic is losing brain power.  Beside these issue their effects are even the more worst as aggression, depression, migraine, stubbornness and anger is taking place in them.

I am not against technology but too much stickiness with it is abruptly dangerous. These gaming applications on smartphones have rubbed the real sports from our lives. We are always sticking to phones and it is also true that sometimes we do get tired through its use but it’s addiction don’t allow us to stay away.

Our Co-Curricular activities are almost finished. We hardly see two, three people playing games in playing areas and courts. We are in actual losing our fitness in this way. In early stage it may not find by the user harmful but as you will reach the age of 40 then surely it effects will be more crystalize through different diseases.

So if I start a discussion over the cause and effects the writing would be not enough to write a book. So despite this I would like to put light on the solution so my readers could come to know overcomes of such causes.

  • Be punctual of time.
  • Utilize the time in different things.
  • Set the time for exercise and games.
  • Study time.
  • Breakfast, Lunch, Supper, Dinner and a light snack time.
  • Use less smart phones.
  • Before searching on internet, explore your brain in the assigned task.
These points will definitely help you in different working task and with the period of time you would love to involve in games to keep your body fit and healthy.

Furthermore, you can also participate in such supports if you are a school, college or a university person. Get yourself involved in events that take place in such institutes.
