According to news reports, all Punjab BISE are planning to announce the matric result 2018 on Saturday (of this week). Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Multan is currently being governed under the Punjab BISE Act 1976. While it was established on 30 March 1968 under West Pakistan BISE (Multan and Sargodha) Ordinance. The board’s main office was stationed in Government Central Training College but afterwards it was moved to the Multan Headquarters where it stands today. As of now the educational boards carries out the following basic functions:
- Organizing and conducting examination of Secondary classes, Intermediate classes, Pakistani and Classical Language courses/certificates.
- Fixing, demanding and receiving fees in regards to examination and attending government educational institutions.
